My experience with them starts off when I filled out on one of the job applications on one of their websites. The final stage of the form allowed me to schedule a time to take the test part of the process. Once the scheduled time elapsed and I had not received the transcription test, I filled out a contact form on the same website to enquire about what happened. The person at the company initially gaslit me and said that I never applied, then she proceeded to tell me to check my spam folder. After attesting that I had not received an email from the company, she said I would have to apply again and finally indicated that the form I had used was defective, despite the fact that it is still publicly accessible at the time of writing and there were no errors that showed up in the browser. Sensing that something didn't add up, I asked for the URL of the "correct" application form.I proceeded to fill out the second form, and I eventually was able to complete the transcription test, even though I received the invitation a few minutes later than scheduled, which ultimately cost me time on the 90-minute test. Upon submission, I was told by the same individual mentioned above that I passed the test and would be given a "quiz" "shortly" as the next step of the application process, but I never received an invitation. I even waited a half hour and then a whole business day. After reaching out to the company one more time, I was suddenly told that I did not meet pass their process, despite the earlier email that stated completely the opposite. In the end, I was deceived by this company, wasted my time, and needlessly shared personal information for naught. Hopefully, nobody else goes down the same rabbit hole.
